Hazing and Bullying are prohibited. As outlined within USU Interim Policy 2406: Hazing, students are prohibited from engaging in any form of Hazing. Likewise, students that engage in repeated actions which cause another person to experience intimidation, the unlawful use of physical force or harassment that is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it denies the victim equal access to the University’s resources or opportunities (“Bullying”) is prohibited and will not be tolerated at USU.
