Discriminatory Harassment: A pattern, or one or more incidents, of targeted, unwelcome conduct directed at an individual or group that is discriminatory on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or other legally protected status, and (a) that a reasonable person would determine is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it effectively denies a person equal access to the College’s educational programs or activities, or (b) submission to or rejection of such conduct is made, either explicitly or implicitly, a term or condition of an individual’s participation in any of the University programs or activities or is used as the basis for an adverse decision affecting the individual.
