Ross Marchand
Ross Marchand, attorney and native New Jerseyan, writes extensively on a wide range of public policy issues including First Amendment protections, postal law, and the drug approval process. His work appears in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, National Review, and Wired. Ross has also been published in multiple law and policy journals and submitted an amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court in 2024. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in government and politics and economics, George Mason University with a master’s degree in economics, and the University of Virginia School of Law. In his spare time, Ross likes to run long distances, eat copious amounts of popcorn, and read up on the latest Egyptological finds.
