Student Sues University of Delaware
A University of Delaware student against the university on Wednesday, claiming the university violated his First Amendment rights. Administrators suspended and banned Maciej Murakowski from campus after students complained that a number of posts on his website were graphic, “racist, sexist, anti-Semitic, and homophobic.” He’s seeking reinstatement, credit for missed classes, and punitive damages.
