Thomas Klocek, who was dismissed from DePaul University after engaging in a heated discussion with several pro-Palestinian students, returned last night to . He talked about his dismissal—made without any due process—and warned students that discussing controversial ideas may get them in trouble. Although Klocek’s immoral dismissal has yet to be reversed, DePaul administrators may soon have to justify their actions. In 2006, Klocek filed a defamation lawsuit against DePaul which a judge refused to dismiss last year.
