On Thursday, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas denied ÃÛÖÏãÌÒ’s request for a preliminary injunction in Spectrum WT v. Walter Wendler, and held that West Texas A&M University President Walter Wendler is entitled to qualified immunity.
