Harassment
Unwelcome conduct (e.g., physical, verbal, graphic, or written) on the basis of a Protected Class that: 1. Is sufficiently severe, pervasive, or persistent so as to interfere with or limit the ability of an individual to participate in or benefit from the services, activities or privileges (including employment) provided by ETSU; or 2. that must be endured as a condition of continued employment or enrollment; or 3. that unreasonably interferes with an individual’s work performance or education.
